Abstract

This monograph examines the activities of law enforcement agencies, particularly the police, in ensuring human rights and fundamental freedoms under states of emergency and martial law. The work analyzes national legislation governing social relations regarding the imposition of states of emergency and martial law, as well as the restrictions on human rights and fundamental freedoms established under these extraordinary conditions.
