Навчально-методичні рекомендації до вивчення дисципліни «Кримінальний аналіз» розроблено з метою надання студентам необхідної теоретичної бази, практичних навичок та організаційно-методичної підтримки для ефективного засвоєння змісту курсу. У рекомендаціях детально викладено предмет, мету та завдання кримінального аналізу, його місце в системі правоохоронної діяльності, а також зв'язок з іншими юридичними та спеціальними дисциплінами. Значна увага приділяється методології кримінального аналізу, включаючи різні його види (стратегічний, тактичний, оперативно-розшуковий, адміністративний), етапи проведення, методи збору, обробки, візуалізації та інтерпретації кримінально значущої інформації. Методичні рекомендації чітко структуровані та включають перелік необхідної літератури, нормативно-правових актів та електронних ресурсів, що забезпечує комплексне вивчення матеріалу. Вони слугують дорожньою картою для самостійного засвоєння складних тем, допомагають у підготовці до модульних контрольних робіт та іспитів, а також орієнтують на міждисциплінарний зв’язок із кримінологією, криміналістикою та інформаційними технологіями. Наголошується на важливості етичних аспектів роботи аналітика та дотриманні законодавства про захист персональних даних. Особливий акцент зроблено на практичному застосуванні аналітичних інструментів і технік для прогнозування злочинності, виявлення кримінальних зв'язків та угруповань, оцінки ефективності превентивних заходів, а також підтримки прийняття управлінських рішень у сфері боротьби зі злочинністю. Рекомендації містять перелік рекомендованої літератури, питання для самоконтролю та орієнтовні завдання для практичних занять. Матеріали курсу сприяють формуванню у майбутніх фахівців критичного мислення та здатності до системного аналізу складних кримінальних процесів і явищ.
The teaching and methodological recommendations for studying the discipline ‘Criminal Analysis’ have been developed with the aim of providing students with the necessary theoretical basis, practical skills and organisational and methodological support for effective assimilation of the course content. The recommendations detail the subject, purpose and objectives of criminal analysis, its place in the law enforcement system, and its connection with other legal and special disciplines. Considerable attention is paid to the methodology of criminal analysis, including its various types (strategic, tactical, operational-investigative, administrative), stages of implementation, methods of collection, processing, visualisation and interpretation of criminally relevant information. The methodological recommendations are clearly structured and include a list of necessary literature, regulatory and legal acts, and electronic resources, which ensures a comprehensive study of the material. They serve as a roadmap for independent study of complex topics, assist in preparation for modular tests and exams, and provide guidance on interdisciplinary connections with criminology, criminalistics, and information technology. The importance of ethical aspects of an analyst's work and compliance with personal data protection legislation is emphasised. Particular emphasis is placed on the practical application of analytical tools and techniques for crime forecasting, identifying criminal connections and groups, assessing the effectiveness of preventive measures, and supporting management decisions in the fight against crime. The recommendations include a list of recommended literature, questions for self-assessment, and indicative tasks for practical exercises. The course materials help future specialists develop critical thinking and the ability to systematically analyse complex criminal processes and phenomena.

For modern law enforcement agencies, it is critically important to develop not only the technical component of their activities, but also investments in the development of communication skills, which allow for effective information exchange and contribute to the creation of a positive image of the authorities. Only through the complex integration of different approaches to communication can one achieve stability in the internal team and strengthening of trust on the part of citizens, which ultimately is a guarantee of successful performance of legal functions and maintenance of public order.

Дослідження комунікативних стратегій у правовому дискурсі є важливим для підвищення ефективності правової практики та забезпечення доступу до правосуддя для всіх громадян. Міждисциплінарний підхід, що поєднує лінгвістичні, юридичні та соціологічні аспекти, дозволяє глибше зрозуміти, як мова впливає на правові процеси та як комунікативні стратегії використовуються для досягнення конкретних цілей. Роль філолога в цьому процесі є надзвичайно важливою, оскільки вони володіють необхідними знаннями та навичками для аналізу та вдосконалення правової комунікації.
The study of communicative strategies in legal discourse is important for improving the effectiveness of legal practice and ensuring access to justice for all citizens. An interdisciplinary approach combining linguistic, legal and sociological aspects allows for a deeper understanding of how language affects legal processes and how communicative strategies are used to achieve specific goals. The role of a philologist in this process is extremely important, as they possess the necessary knowledge and skills to analyze and improve legal communication.
Peculiarities of future law enforcement officers’ psychological readiness for professional stress in war conditions

Aim: To investigate the peculiarities of future law enforcement officers’ psychological readiness for professional activities under the influence of wartime stressors. Materials and Methods: During 2023-2025, the research was conducted among cadets of the 3rd training years (2023-2024, Group A, n = 114) and (2024-2025, Group B, n = 112) aged 18-22 years who undertook their utilization tours in practical police units (for 3 months): Group A without prior professional and psychological training, Group B – after preliminary correctional and psychological work.
Results: It has been established that the specifics of the professional activities of law enforcement officers under martial law have a negative impact on the indicators of their psycho-emotional state and stress resilience. At the same time, targeted correctional and psychological work with cadets reduces the magnitude of negative changes in all diagnostic indicators: in Group A, the indicators of well-being, activity and mood significantly (p ≤ 0.05-0.01) deteriorated by 0.6, 0.7 and 1.2 points, and in Group B – by 0.4, 0.4 and 0.5 points, respectively (p > 0.05); the indicators of psychological stress, stress resilience, predisposition to develop stress, endurance under stress in Group A deteriorated significantly (p ≤ 0.05-0.01) by 6.2, 3.9, 4.9, 5.1 points, and in Group B – unreliably (p > 0.05) by 4.3, 2.6, 3.4 and 2.9 points, respectively.
Conclusions: It has been proven that a well-organized professional and psychological training contributes to improving the level of future law enforcement officers’ psychological readiness for professional activities under the influence of wartime stress factors.
