Анотація
Автори зосереджують увагу на систематизації міжнародного та національного законодавства у сфері захисту дітей. Актуальним постає питання щодо захисту дітей, які опинилися в контакті із законом або стали жертвою чи свідком правопорушення. У таких умовах важливим є вміння слідчим ухвалити правильне рішення щодо доцільності та необхідності проведення допиту у спеціальних умовах, які сприяють встановленню психологічного контакту з дітьми – із використанням «Зелених кімнат». Тому в Одеському державному університеті внутрішніх справ створили навчальний полігон подвійного призначення «Кімната, дружня до опитування дітей» і «Впізнання поза візуальним та аудіоспостереженням», який відповідає вимогам усіх міжнародних стандартів. Під час її створення враховано рекомендації криміналістів і психологів й усунуто всі хиби попередніх проєктів і надбань. Основна мета проведення опитування в такій кімнаті – запобігання повторній травматизації психіки дитини в процесі опитування як завдяки спеціальним методикам і психологічно комфортній атмосфері, так і завдяки технічному оснащенню, яке допомагає коректно вести відеозапис допиту та надалі використовувати цей відеозапис для ведення слідства без проведення повторних допитів. . The authors focus on the systematization of international and national legislation in the field of child protection. Relevant is issues related to the protection of children who come into contact with the law or have been a victim or witness of an offence. In such circumstances, it is important the ability of investigators to make the right decision on expediency and the need for interrogation in special conditions that facilitate establishing psychological contact with children – using "Green rooms". Therefore, the Odessa State University of Internal Affairs created a dual-purpose training ground "Child-friendly room" and "Identification beyond visual and audio observation", which meets the requirements of all international standards. During its creation, the recommendations of criminologists and psychologists were taken into account and all the shortcomings of previous projects and achievements were eliminated. The main purpose of conducting a survey in such a room is to prevent re-traumatization of the child's psyche during the interview process, both through special techniques and a psychologically comfortable atmosphere, and thanks to technical equipment that helps to correctly record the video of the interrogation and further use this video recording for the investigation without repeated interrogations.
