dc.description.abstractСтаттю присвячено дослідженню звернень громадян як елементу механізму забезпечення законності в діяльності державних органів. Проаналізовано правову основу, яка реально забезпечує існування інституту звернення громадян. Встановлено, що право людини і громадянина на правовий захист передбачає: право на судовий захист, правову допомогу, звернення до органів державної влади і місцевого самоврядування тощо. Аргументовано, що велике значення в захисті прав і свобод людини і громадянина набуває надання громадянам України, іноземцям, особам без громадянства та юридичним особам права на звернення. Розглянуто, що формою забезпечення законності в діяльності державних органів є інститут звернень громадян, який виступає як засіб реалізації прав громадян та їх участі в державному управлінні та є носієм інформації, пов’язаної із забезпеченням прав і свобод людини та громадянина. Citizen appeals as an element of the mechanism for ensuring legality in the activities of state bodies The article is devoted to the study of citizens' appeals as an element of the mechanism for ensuring legality in the activities of state bodies. The legal basis, which really ensures the existence of the institution of citizens' appeals, has been analyzed. It has been established that the right of a person and a citizen to legal protection includes: the right to judicial protection, legal assistance, appeal to state authorities and local self-government, etc. It is discussed that granting citizens of Ukraine, foreigners, stateless persons and legal entities the right to appeal is of great importance in protecting the rights and freedoms of a person and a citizen. It is considered that the form of ensuring legality in the activities of state bodies is the institute of citizens' appeals, which acts as a means of realizing the rights of citizens and their participation in state administration and is a carrier of information related to ensuring the rights and freedoms of a person and a citizen.
