Abstract

The relevance of studying freedom of movement and free choice of residence in the system of human rights and the mechanism of their administrative and legal safeguarding is determined by a complex of legal, social and socio-political factors that are of particular importance for the current stage of development of Ukraine as a democratic and law-governed state.
