Правовий захист споживачів в інтернет-торгівлі

Abstract

У дослідженні проаналізовано сучасний стан та ключові проблеми правового регулювання захисту прав споживачів у сфері електронної комерції в Україні. Розглянуто особливості укладання дистанційних договорів, специфіку повернення товарів неналежної якості та механізми захисту персональних даних покупців. На основі аналізу чинного законодавства та судової практики висвітлено прогалини в нормативно-правовій базі та запропоновано шляхи вдосконалення системи захисту інтересів громадян в інтернеті. Окрему увагу приділено міжнародному досвіду адаптації прав споживачів до викликів цифровізації економіки.

The research analyzes the current state and key problems of legal regulation of consumer protection in the field of electronic commerce in Ukraine. The peculiarities of concluding distance contracts, the specifics of returning goods of inadequate quality and the mechanisms for protecting buyers' personal data are considered. Based on the analysis of current legislation and judicial practice, gaps in the regulatory framework are highlighted and ways to improve the system for protecting the interests of citizens on the Internet are proposed. Particular attention is paid to the international experience of adapting consumer rights to the challenges of the digitalization of the economy.
