dc.description.abstractУ дослідженні автор зазначає, що за допомогою зазначеної інформації, узагальнюючи досвід роботи Канцелярії Рійгікогу, Україна має змогу отримати новий погляд та змінити застарілу систему звернень громадян, вдосконалити її користуючись іноземною практикою. Основними новаціями для нашої держави є описи процедури приймання працівниками Відділу з питань звернень громадян Апарату Верховної Ради України усних пропозицій, заяв та скарг громадян, поданих за допомогою засобів телефонного зв’язку, та письмових пропозицій, заяв і скарг громадян, поданих за допомогою засобів електронного зв’язку, реєстрації та попереднього опрацювання цих типів звернень, організації їх розгляду працівниками структурних підрозділів Апарату Верховної Ради України, помічниками-консультантами народних депутатів України. In the study, the author notes that with the help of the specified information, summarizing the work experience of the Office of the Riigikogu, Ukraine can gain a new perspective and change the outdated system of citizens' appeals, improve it using foreign practice. The main innovations for our country are the descriptions of the procedure for the acceptance by the employees of the Department for Citizen Appeals of the Apparatus of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of oral proposals, statements and complaints of citizens submitted by means of telephone communication, and written proposals, statements and complaints of citizens submitted by means of electronic means communication, registration and preliminary processing of these types of appeals, organization of their review by employees of the structural divisions of the Apparatus of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, assistant consultants of People's Deputies of Ukraine.uk_UA
