| dc.description.abstract | Актуальність тематики дослідження зумовлена необхідністю комплексного аналізу концепцій європейської інтеграції, зважаючи на особливості об’єднавчих процесів на різних стадіях формування єдиної континентальної спільноти. У ХХ-ХХІ століттях об’єднання держав у різноманітні союзи з метою посилення кожного із учасників такого союзу та вирішення спільних завдань набуло особливих рис. Геополітичні виклики, пов’язані із світовими війнами, посилення економічного протистояння між державами, формування релігійної світової мапи виступили об’єктивними факторами нової парадигми співіснування країн. У деяких регіонах співробітництво між державами мало економічний характер, але найбільш актуальною, зокрема в Європі, стала тематика комплексного об’єднання держав, як на економічному рівні, так і на безпековому та зовнішньополітичному. Сучасний єдиний європейський політичний простір варто розглядати у контексті еалізації доктрини цивілізаційного союзу, заснованому на спільних християнських цінностях, геополітичних інтересах, економічній інтеграції. Водночас, створення політично та економічно потужного регіонального об’єднання держав призвело до зміни парадигми міжнародних відносин, побудованої на статутних принципах ООН. Зокрема, принцип суверенної рівності держав отримав додаткові імпульси розвитку. Йдеться про більш широке тлумачення суверенітету, а саме розповсюдження цього поняття на групу держав, об’єднаних в юридично оформлений Союз. Суверенним стає сам Союз, оскільки визнається іншими державами самостійним суб’єктом міжнародного права, наділеним у повному обсязі міжнародною правосуб’єктністю. Така правосуб’єктність має похідний (вторинний) характер відносно первинної правосуб’єктності держав – учасниць Співтовариства. Але із зовнішньополітичної точки зори союзна правосуб’єктність надає можливість виступати одним із найвпливовіших учасників світової політики. І, звісно, що розширення європейського політичного простору, приєднання до Союзу нових членів ще більше посилює його міжнародні можливості. Новий, більш широкий зміст, отримав і принцип права народів та націй на самовизначення, змістовно пов’язаний із принципом суверенної рівності держав у міжнародних відносинах. Зокрема, інтеграцію необхідно розглядати як одну із форм реалізації права народів на самовизначення. Варто наголосити, що поступове формування єдиного європейського політичного простору призвело не тільки до геополітичних змін у світі, але й до трансформації принципів взаємовідносин держав у міжнародній політиці. Крім того, із середини ХХ століття завдяки об’єднавчим процесам у Європі відбулись глобальні зміни і в системі світової економіки. The relevance of the research theme is determined by the necessity for a comprehensive analysis of the concepts of European integration, considering the peculiarities of unifying processes at various stages of forming a unified continental community. In the 20th and 21st centuries, the consolidation of states into various unions to enhance each participant’s strength within the union and to address common tasks has taken on distinctive features. Geopolitical challenges arising from world wars, intensified economic rivalries among states, and the shaping of a global religious map have become objective factors of a new paradigm of coexistence among countries. In some regions, state cooperation has mainly an economic character, but the most relevant theme, particularly in Europe, has become the complex unification of states, both at the economic and security levels, as well as in foreign policy. The modern unified European political space should be viewed in the context of realizing the doctrine of a civilization union, based on shared Christian values, geopolitical interests, and economic integration. At the same time, the creation of a politically and economically powerful regional union of states has led to a shift in the paradigm of international relations based on the fundamental principles of the United Nations. Specifically, the principle of sovereign equality of states has gained additional impetus. This refers to a broader interpretation of sovereignty, extending this concept to a group of states united within a legally established Union. The Union itself becomes sovereign, recognized by other states as an independent subject of international law endowed with full international legal personality. Such legal personality is derivative (secondary) in relation to the primary legal personality of the member states of the Community. However, from a foreign policy perspective, the union’s legal personality provides the opportunity to be one of the most influential participants in global politics. And, of course, the expansion of the European political space and the accession of new members to the Union further enhance its international capabilities. The principle of the right to self-determination of peoples and nations has also gained a new, broader content, closely linked to the principle of sovereign equality of states in international relations. In particular, integration should be considered as one form of realizing the right to self-determination of peoples. It is worth emphasizing that the gradual formation of a unified European political space has led to not only geopolitical changes in the world but also to transformations in the principles of state interactions in international politics. Furthermore, starting from the mid-20th century, due to the integrating processes in Europe, significant changes have occurred in the global economic system. | |
