Анотація
The legal and organizational problems of counteraction to criminal offences in the field of insurance are highlighted. The most widespread type of crime in this sphere is a legalization of profits got a criminal way (“money laundering”). Insurance matters for national safety, as allows to compensate losses from natural calamities, technogenic catastrophes, social conflicts and, in addition, is the major constituent of financial market. For reliable defence of the business insure must know not only procedures and rules of insurance but also possible receptions of criminal behavior, and also the most effective methods of exposure, warning and stopping of such actions that is mine-out law-enforcement practice and security of the Ukrainian and foreign enterprises services.
