dc.description.abstractВ якості умов для політичної інтеграції іммігрантів ще до моменту прийн- яття ними громадянства країни перебування слід визначити офіційну позицію державної влади по відношенню до іммігрантів і, відповідно, проведену ор- ганами влади політику у сфері імміграції, натуралізації та інтеграції. У цьому плані має значення не тільки ідеологія, в рамках якої вибудовується стратегі- чна лінія управління країною, але і те, як сприймається владою і суспільст- вом сам інститут виборів – як один з елементів політичного процесу або ж як його «кульмінація». As a condition for the political integration of immigrants even before the moment they accept the citizenship of the country of residence, the official position should be determined state authorities in relation to immigrants and, accordingly, the policies of the authorities in the field of immigration, naturalization and integration. In this regard, it is important not only the ideology within which the strategic line of the country's management is built, but also how the institution of elections itself is perceived by the authorities and society - as one of the elements of the political process or as its "climax".uk_UA
