На думку авторів, аналіз сучасного правового режиму морського кордону України та його правового забезпечення свідчить, що в Україні законодавство у сфері встановлення режимних правил прибережних акваторій та морської діяльності є добре проробленим, визначає всі аспекти забезпечення режиму державного морського кордону, передбачаючи норми про мирне проходження, координацію дій з охорони кордонів і містить норми про забезпечення участі в них громадян та їх об’єднань, але все ж окремі питання досі залишаються 200 невизначеними та потребують концептуальних змін та оновлення на рівні програмних документів, делімітації державних морських кордонів, розмежування прибережних морських просторів і відпрацювання нормотворчої техніки. According to the authors, the analysis of the modern legal regime of the maritime border of Ukraine and its legal support shows that in Ukraine the legislation in the field of establishing regime rules for coastal water areas and maritime activities is well developed, defines all aspects of ensuring the regime of the state maritime border, providing for the norms of peaceful passage, coordination of border protection actions and contains regulations on ensuring the participation of citizens and their associations in them, but certain issues still remain 200 undefined and require conceptual changes and updating at the level of program documents, delimitation of state maritime borders, delimitation of coastal marine spaces and development of standard-setting techniques.
