dc.description.abstractСтаття присвячена дослідженню детермінації терористичного акту у великих містах України. Визначено та обґрунтовано, що історичний, географічний, політичний, соціально-демографічний, соціально-економічний, нормативно-правовий, організаційно-управлінський, морально-психологічний та культурно-виховний фактори відіграють важливу роль у продукуванні терористичних актів у вели- ких містах. Автор наголошує, що базовим у системі детермінації терористичних актів у великих містах є історичний фактор, оскільки ним обумовлюється специфіка становлення та розвиту цих територіаль- но-просторових систем, особливості формування територіальних меж, історичні підстави виникнення різного роду проблем, що впливає на формування і функціонування певного типу суспільних відносин, стиля мислення і поведінки населення, рівня правосвідомості громадян, етнічної мозаїки, місцевого колориту, менталітету тощо. У роботі встановлено, що географічні фактори не криміногенні, але мають потенціал впливу на криміногенну обстановку великих міст. Стверджено, що географічні умови визна- чають характер суспільного устрою міста, рівень господарського розвитку територій, а також особли- вості протікання економічних, соціальних та політичних процесів територіально-просторових одиниць і, навіть, фізичні та психологічні риси мешканців міст, їх здібності, схильності, темперамент. З’ясовано, що на модифікацію параметрів і практику запобігання терористичним актам у великих містах України впливає: значна площа територій міст; велика кількість, густота та етнічний склад населення; мігра- ційні процеси – приплив і відтік населення, як всередині країни, так і поза її межами; наслідки урба- нізації – стрімкий перехід від сільського до міського способу життя, загублення взаємовідносин між людьми, неспроможність задоволення населенням власних потреб і інтересів тощо. Зроблено висновок, що терористичні акти та їх міські особливості є результатом складної взаємодії цілого набору факторів, подій, процесів і явищ, які відбуваються у державі та суспільстві. The article is devoted to the study of the determination of a terrorist act in large cities of Ukraine. It is determined and substantiated that historical, geographical, political, socio-demographic, socio-economic, normative-legal, organizational-management, ideological, moral-psychological and cultural-educational factors play an important role in the production of terrorist acts in large cities. The author emphasizes that the basic factor in the system of determining terrorist acts in large cities is the historical factor, since it determines the specifics of the formation and development of these territorial-spatial systems, the peculiarities of the formation of territorial boundaries, the historical reasons for the emergence of various types of problems that affect the formation and functioning of a certain type social relations, the style of thinking and behavior of the population, the level of legal awareness of citizens, ethnic mosaic, local color, mentality, etc. The work established that geographical factors are not criminogenic, but have the potential to influence the criminogenic situation in large cities. It is asserted that geographical conditions determine the nature of the social structure of the city, the level of economic development of the territories, as well as the peculiarities of the flow of economic, social and political processes of territorial-spatial units, and even the physical and psychological features of city residents, their abilities, inclinations, and temperament. It has been found that the modification of the parameters and the practice of preventing terrorist acts in large cities of Ukraine is influenced by: a significant area of the city territories; large number, density and ethnic composition of the population; migration processes – inflow and outflow of population, both inside the country and outside its borders; the consequences of urbanization – a rapid transition from a rural to an urban way of life, the loss of relationships between people, the inability of the population to satisfy their own needs and interests, etc. It was concluded that terrorist acts and their urban features are the result of a complex interaction of a whole set of factors, events, processes and phenomena that occur in society.
