Abstract

Міжнародний захист прав дітей під час збройних конфліктів є системою взаємоузгоджених дій держав, міжнародних міжурядових та неурядових організацій. Ці дії повинні бути спрямовані на розробку та забезпечення прав дитини з метою формування повноцінної та гармонійно розвиненої особистості, сприяння їх закріпленню в національному законодавстві та надання міжнародної допомоги дітям. Права дітей – це одна з найважливіших глобальних проблем, яка потребує спільних зусиль усього світу.

International protection of children's rights during armed conflicts is a system of coordinated actions of states, international intergovernmental and non-governmental organizations. These actions should be aimed at developing and ensuring the rights of the child with the aim of forming a full-fledged and harmoniously developed personality, promoting their consolidation in national legislation and providing international assistance to children. Children's rights are one of the most important global problems that require the joint efforts of the whole world.
