Анотація
Враховуючи вищевикладене стає зрозумілим, що для надання якісних поліцейських послуг в охороні громадського порядку та безпеки протидії злочинності в різного роду проявленнях, необхідно належним чином проводити цифровізацію поліцейської діяльності. На сам перед Центру Управління нарядами поліції ГУНП УОАЗОР в Одеській області доцільно налагодити взаємодію з Управлінням Інформаційної підтримки ГУНП в Одеській області в аспекті технічного внесення в систему ІПНП необхідних візуалізацій та відміток. Ці інструменти в органах та підрозділах НПУ дадуть можливість не тільки фіксувати, а й попереджати та розкривати правопорушення та злочини. Все це повинно супроводжуватись постійним підвищенням кваліфікації фахових працівників поліції в закладах освіти системи МВС, перейняття досвіду сусідніх областей, які на сьогоднішній день використовують новітні технології в охороні громадського порядку. Система відеоспостереження “Безпечне місто” та проекти МВС “Безпечна країна”, “Безпечна громада” необхідно інтегрувати до єдиної системи МВС ІПНП, що зміцнить співпрацю з громадою та виведе поліцію на новий рівень взаємодії с громадянами під час захисту їх прав та свобод, дозволить в реальному часі відстежувати ситуацію та впливати на її перебіг [3]. Досвід Європейських країн в використанні новітніх технологій показує, що на сьогоднішній день це найпотужніший інструмент в протидії злочинності і не тільки вуличній, а й в кіберпросторі. Taking into account the above, it becomes clear that in order to provide high-quality police services in the protection of public order and security in the fight against crime in various forms, it is necessary to properly digitize police activities. In front of the Center for the Management of Police Uniforms of the GUNP UOAZOR in the Odesa Region, it is expedient to establish interaction with the Information Support Office of the GUNP in the Odesa Region in the aspect of technical introduction of the necessary visualizations and markings into the IPNP system. These tools in the bodies and units of the NPU will make it possible not only to record, but also to warn and disclose offenses and crimes. All this should be accompanied by the constant improvement of the qualifications of professional police officers in the educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, adoption of the experience of neighboring regions, which today use the latest technologies in public order protection. The video surveillance system "Safe City" and the projects of the Ministry of Internal Affairs "Safe Country", "Safe Community" must be integrated into a single system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the IPNP, which will strengthen cooperation with the community and bring the police to a new level of interaction with citizens while protecting their rights and freedoms, will allow monitor the situation in real time and influence its course [3]. The experience of European countries in the use of the latest technologies shows that today it is the most powerful tool in combating crime, not only street crime, but also in cyberspace.
