Компаративний аналіз дає можливість стверджувати, що в чинному законодавстві України Європейські стандарти з питань застосування сили поліцією в цілому знайшли своє закріплення. Разом із тим, слід зазначити, що вивченню, аналізові та можливому запозиченню підлягає не лише нормативна база міжнародного рівня регламентації, а й практика діяльності поліцейських органів Європейських країн. The comparative analysis makes it possible to state that European standards on the use of force by the police as a whole have been consolidated in the current legislation of Ukraine. At the same time, it should be noted that not only the regulatory framework of the international level of regulation is subject to study, analysis and possible borrowing, but also the practice of the police authorities of European countries.
