dc.description.abstractВиокремлення специфічних засад стадії досудового розслідування із положень Кримінального проце- суального кодексу України необхідне для вдосконалення кримінально-процесуального регулювання про- вадження у стадії досудового розслідування. Стадія кримінального процесу, так само як і кримінальне процесуальне провадження як система стадій, є самостійною частиною кримінального процесу, яка має специфічні ознаки, які відрізняють їх одна від іншої, у тому числі завдання стадії, порядок процесуального провадження у цій стадії. При цьому, безумовно, ці специфічні засади не будуть мати такий ступінь уза- гальнення, як загальні засади кримінального процесу, однак вони будуть мати ключовий характер для ви- значення сутності й спрямованості, досягнення специфічних завдань конкретної стадії. Separating the specific principles of the pre-trial investigation stage from the provisions of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine is necessary to improve the criminal-procedural regulation of proceedings in the pre-trial investigation stage. The stage of the criminal process, as well as criminal procedural proceedings as a system of stages is an independent part of the criminal process, which has specific features that distinguish them from one another, including the tasks of the stage, the order of procedural proceedings in this stage. At the same time, of course, these specific principles will not have the same degree of generalization as the general principles of the criminal process, but they will be of key character for determining the essence and direction, achieving the specific tasks of a specific stage.uk_UA
