Анотація
Дослідження спрямоване на окреслення шляхів оптимізації інклюзивної комунікації в сучасному українському суспільстві. Для досягнення мети були застосовані наступні методи: аналіз – під час дослідження різних підходів трактування поняття «інклюзія»; синтез – на етапі формулювання визначень основних понять; індукція – для виявлення актуальних тенденцій взаємодії осіб з інвалідністю та умовно здорових людей. Виявлено, що основною проблемою взаємодії умовно здорових людей та осіб з інвалідністю є відсутність належної інформованості про життя, потреби та світосприйняття останніх. Доведено, що світоглядною настановою, що здатна оптимізувати інклюзивну взаємодію, є переконання, згідно з яким людина з інвалідністю в цілому є такою самою як і всі інші люди, і відрізняється від них лише в певних специфічних нюансах. Продемонстровано, що важлива роль у вирішенні проблем в сфері інклюзивної комунікації належить людям з інвалідністю. The aim of the research is to outline ways to optimize inclusive communication in modern Ukrainian society.
To achieve the goal, the following methods were applied: analysis – during the study of different approaches to the interpretation of the concept of «inclusion»; synthesis – at the stage of formulation of definitions of basic concepts; induction – to identify current trends in the interaction of people with disabilities and otherwise healthy people.
It was revealed that the main problem of the interaction between healthy people and people with disabilities is the lack of adequate information about the life, needs and worldview of the latter. It has been proven that a worldview that can optimize inclusive interaction is the belief that a person with a disability is generally the same as all other people, and differs from them only in certain specific nuances. It has been demonstrated that an important role in solving problems in the field of inclusive communication belongs to people with disabilities.
