dc.description.abstractРозглядаючи стан забезпечення прав людини в анексованому Криму, авторка стверджує, що права і сво- боди мешканців півострову грубо порушуються. На даний момент найважливішим завданням реінтеграції є підтримка та відновлення почуття громадянської лояльності мешканців тимчасово окупованих територій до української держави. В умовах окупації Криму втілення такого завдання вимагає своєчасного та ефективного забезпечення прав і свобод громадян, проведення заходів з національного порозуміння і примирення, а також боротьби з російським інформаційним впливом. Considering the state of ensuring human rights in the annexed Crimea, the author claims that the rights and freedoms of the inhabitants of the peninsula are grossly violated. At the moment, the most important task of reintegration is to support and restore the sense of civic loyalty of the residents of the temporarily occupied territories to the Ukrainian state. In the conditions of the occupation of Crimea, the implementation of such a task requires timely and effective provision of the rights and freedoms of citizens, the implementation of measures for national understanding and reconciliation, as well as the fight against Russian informational influence.uk_UA
