dc.description.abstractChapter 7 specifies the peculiarities of the theoretical legal organizational foundations of the implementation of the International Standards of Ethical Behavior in the training of police officers in Ukraine, as prerequisites for preventing the commission of corruption and corruption-related offenses. The legal aspect of the implementation of international standards of ethical behavior of police officers is determined on the basis of the system of methods and techniques of scientific knowledge, namely comparative-implementation and retrospective methods; taking into account the regularities of the humanistic approach in professional education, which is aimed at the priorities of individuality, originality, self-worth of a person, but such that does not renounce its social determination. У розділі 7 конкретизовано особливості теоретичних правових організаційних засад реалізації Міжнародних стандартів етичної поведінки у підготовці поліцейських в Україні, як передумови запобігання вчиненню корупційних і пов’язаних із корупцією правопорушень. Правовий аспект реалізації міжнародних стандартів етичної поведінки поліцейських визначено на ґрунті системи методів і прийомів наукового пізнання, а саме компаративістсько-імплементаційного та ретроспективного методів; з урахуванням закономірностей гуманістичного підходу в професійній освіті, що спрямований на пріоритети індивідуальності, самобутності, самоцінності людини, але такої, що не відмовляється від її соціальної детермінації.uk_UA
