Abstract

Тези містять дослідження природи темпоральних обмежень реалізації змісту цивільних правовідносин в умовах воєнного стану. З’ясовано сутність правового режиму воєнного стану через відповідні визначальні дефініції, що надало можливість спроектувати відповідні правові новели з метою удосконалення механізму правового регулювання розглянутих суспільних відносин. Вказано на визначальну роль у запропонованих юридичних конструкціях саме темпоральних величин. Theses contain a study of the nature of the temporal limitations of the implementation of the content of civil legal relations in the conditions of martial law. The essence of the legal regime of martial law has been clarified through the relevant defining definitions, which made it possible to design relevant legal novellas with the aim of improving the mechanism of legal regulation of the considered social relations. The determining role of temporal values in the proposed legal constructions is indicated.
