Abstract

Монографія присвячена дослідженню інституту виправлення засуджених до позбавлення волі на певний строк. У роботі досліджено особливості виправлення засуджених до позбавлення волі на певний строк, у результаті чого обґрунтовано низку положень і висновків, нових у концептуальному плані й важливих як для науки кримінально-виконавчого права, так і практики діяльності органів і установ виконання кримінальних покарань Державної кримінально-виконавчої служби України.

The monograph is devoted to the study of the institution of correction of those sentenced to imprisonment for a certain period. The work examines the peculiarities of the correction of those sentenced to imprisonment for a certain period, as a result of which a number of provisions and conclusions, new in the conceptual plan and important both for the science of criminal law and the practice of the bodies and institutions of the State Criminal Enforcement Service of Ukraine for the execution of criminal punishments, are substantiated.
