Abstract

У статті розглядається взаємозв'язок між національним та міжнародним правом у сучасних умовах. Аналізується роль міжнародного права у регулюванні відносин між державами, забезпеченні прав людини та підтримці міжнародної безпеки. Особлива увага приділяється практичним аспектам імплементації норм міжнародного права в Україні, а також труднощам, що виникають у цьому процесі. У статті також розглядаються сучасні виклики, що впливають на розвиток міжнародного права, зокрема глобалізація, технологічний прогрес, міжнародна злочинність та екологічні проблеми. Обґрунтовується значення міжнародного права для розвитку національної правової системи, а також необхідність удосконалення механізмів його реалізації.

The article examines the relationship between national and international law in modern conditions. The role of international law in regulating relations between states, ensuring human rights and maintaining international security is analyzed. Special attention is paid to the practical aspects of the implementation of the norms of international law in Ukraine, as well as to the difficulties that arise in this process. The article also examines contemporary challenges affecting the development of international law, including globalization, technological progress, international crime, and environmental issues. The importance of international law for the development of the national legal system is substantiated, as well as the need to improve the mechanisms of its implementation.
