Анотація
The article deals with the system of basic legislative acts on education and describes the Law of Ukraine
On Education a number of legal norms of which have a clear law enforcement nature. The law enforcement
function of the institute of education ombudsman has been revealed, along with the law enforcement purpose of
norms regulating the functioning of public administration bodies on bullying prevention, as well as their control
(supervision) over observance of education legislation.
It has been concluded that certain provisions of the Law of Ukraine On Education have a law enforcement
purpose, although they regulate public relations arising in the implementation of the constitutional right to
education, they regulate rights and responsibilities of individuals and legal entities involved in the implementation
of this right, determine the powers of public administration bodies in the field of education, ensure the
identification and elimination of factors that prevent the realization of education rights and needs and determine
the mechanism of legal guarantees of the right to education.
