dc.description.abstractОднією з актуальних проблем із вирішенням якої пов’язана оптимізація розслідування злочинів й удосконалення процесу доказування в складних кримінальних справах, є дослідження сутності й форм протидії зацікавлених осіб їх розкриттю та розс¬лідуванню, а також діяльності слідчих органів у ході проваджен¬ня досудового розслідування. Однією із форм протидії розсліду¬ванню є надання неправдивої інформації (брехні, лжесвідчень) підозрюваними, обвинуваченими та іншими особами. Тому, для повного та об’єктивного розслідування кримінальних проваджень, важливим на стадії досудового розслідування є виявлення брехні допитуваних осіб, шляхом її діагностики під час допитів. One of the urgent problems, the solution of which is related to the optimization of the investigation of crimes and the improvement of the process of proof in complex criminal cases, is the study of the nature and forms of resistance of interested persons to their disclosure and investigation, as well as the activities of investigative bodies during the pre-trial investigation. One of the forms of opposition to the investigation is the provision of false information (lies, perjury) by suspects, accused persons and other persons. Therefore, for a complete and objective investigation of criminal proceedings, it is important at the stage of pre-trial investigation to detect lies of interrogated persons by diagnosing them during interrogations.uk_UA
