dc.description.abstractУ монографії представлено системне наукове дослідження організаційно-тактичних засад поліцейської юрисдикції, здійснено кримінологічний аналіз кримінальних правопорушень в Україні, запропоновані шляхи вдосконалення системи запобігання злочинності в умовах воєнного стану, охарактеризовано особливості правової діяльності працівників поліції у виявленні та розкритті злочинів, акцентовано увагу на особливостях правової кваліфікації та розслідування злочинів в умовах воєнного стану, охарактеризовано особливості превентивної діяльності поліцейських в умовах воєнного стану, розглянуто питання забезпечення та захисту прав дитини в умовах воєнного стану, названі складові безпеки працівників Національної поліції України в умовах воєнного стану. The monograph presents a systematic scientific study of the organizational and tactical foundations of police jurisdiction, carried out a criminological analysis of criminal offenses in Ukraine, proposed ways to improve the system of crime prevention under martial law, characterized the peculiarities of the legal activity of police officers in detecting and solving crimes, emphasized the peculiarities of legal qualifications and investigation of crimes under martial law, characterized the peculiarities of preventive activities of police officers under martial law of the state, the issue of ensuring and protecting the rights of the child under martial law was considered, the components of the security of the National Police of Ukraine under martial law were named.
