dc.description.abstractНа думку авторів дослідження, виховання складається з різного роду дій батьків, одним з елементів яких є нагляд зів поведінкою дитини. Тому легковажне або байдуже ставлення батьків або осіб, які їх замінюють, до поведінки дитини, відсутність належного спостереження за поведінкою і її відповідністю нормам життя суспільства часто ведуть до здійснення дітьми правопорушень. Через це підставою відповідальності батьків у разі здійснення дітьми адміністративної провини та правопорушень є також неналежне виконання батьками обов’язків із виховання, що призвело до правопорушення неповнолітнього. According to the authors of the study, upbringing consists of various actions of parents, one of the elements of which is monitoring the child's behavior. Therefore, the frivolous or indifferent attitude of parents or persons who replace them towards the child's behavior, the lack of proper monitoring of the behavior and its compliance with the norms of society often lead to children committing crimes. Because of this, the basis of parents' responsibility in the case of children committing administrative offenses and offenses is also the parents' improper fulfillment of the duties of upbringing, which led to the delinquency of a minor.
