Тези містять дослідження правового статусу учасників відносин в межах прийомної сім’ї. Окремої уваги приділено питанням участі у таких відносинах прийомних батьків, дітей-сиріт, дітей, позбавлених батьківського піклування, органів опіки та піклування, особливостям реалізації змісту відповідних відносин за вказаних обставин, а також спеціальним умовам прояву деяких рис сімейної правосуб’єктності наведених осіб в межах спеціального законодавства.

Particular attention is paid to the participation in such relationships of foster parents, orphaned children, children deprived of parental care, and guardianship and custody authorities, the specifics of implementing the substance of such relationships under the circumstances described, as well as the special conditions under which certain aspects of the family legal capacity of these individuals are manifested within the framework of special legislation.
