Особливості правового регулювання дорожнього руху в умовах воєнного стану

Abstract

Статтю присвячено дослідженню організації дорожнього руху в умовах правового режиму воєнного стану, виокремленню його особливостей, аналізу нормативно-правових актів, що регламентують діяльність органів державної влади України в частині визначення компетенційної складової щодо забезпечення безперебійного руху транспортних засобів та надання додаткових повноважень і спеціальних прав стосовно права керування транспортними засобами в умовах воєнного стану задля зміцнення обороноздатності, захищеності державного суверенітету, територіальної цілісності, демократичного конституційного ладу та інших національних інтересів України від реальних та потенційних загроз.

Therefore, the study of traffic features in the conditions of the legal regime of martial law is their direct definition, as well as the work of solving certain problematic issues and gaps that arise in the conditions of implementation of new legislation or amendments to the current normative legal acts. The prospects of further exploration are seen in a more detailed study of the regulatory framework, which regulates the organization and features of the road in the conditions of martial law, as well as the powers of public authorities in a certain issue.
