Майнові права дитини як елемент її безпеки під час військової агресії

Abstract

Досліджується значення майнових прав дитини як важливої складової безпеки в умовах збройної агресії проти України. Особливу увагу приділено проблемам реалізації майнових прав дітей, які постраждали внаслідок бойових дій, вимушеного переміщення або втрати батьківського піклування. Обґрунтовується необхідність удосконалення механізмів державного захисту майнових інтересів дітей, посилення гарантій діяльності органів опіки та піклування й забезпечення ефективного правового захисту з урахуванням принципу найкращих інтересів дитини.

Еxamines the significance of a child's property rights as a crucial component of security amidst the armed aggression against Ukraine. Particular attention is paid to the challenges of exercising the property rights of children affected by hostilities, forced displacement, or the loss of parental care. The paper substantiates the need to improve state mechanisms for protecting children's property interests, strengthen guarantees for the functioning of guardianship and custodianship authorities, and ensure effective legal protection, all while upholding the principle of the best interests of the child.
