Правові засади розслідування вбивств, пов'язаних із безвісним зникненням громадян за особливих обставин

Abstract

Стаття присвячена дослідженню правових засад та особливостей розслідування вбивств, пов’язаних із безвісним зникненням громадян за особливих. Визначено, що правовою основою розслідування вбивств, пов’язаних із безвісним зникненням громадян за особливих є Конституція України, КПК України, Закони України «Про Національну поліцію», «Про оперативно-розшукову діяльність», «Про Державне бюро розслідувань», «Про Бюро економічної безпеки України», «Про Службу безпеки України», «Про правовий статус осіб, зниклих безвісти за особливих обставин» та ін.

The article is devoted to the study of the legal foundations and features of the investigation of murders related to the unknown disappearance of citizens under special conditions. It was determined that the legal basis for the investigation of murders related to the unknown disappearance of citizens under special circumstances is the Constitution of Ukraine, the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine, the Laws of Ukraine «About the National Police», «About operative and investigative activities», «About the State Bureau of Investigation», «About the Bureau of Economic Security of Ukraine», «About the Security Service of Ukraine», «About the legal status of persons missing under special circumstances», etc.
