Держава виступає головним гарантом забезпечення прав дитини, створюючи законодавчу базу та інституційні механізми для їх реалізації та захисту. В Україні правовий захист дітей регулюється низкою нормативно-правових актів, які визначають обов’язки держави щодо охорони дітей. The topicality of the topic of protection of the rights and interests of children is one of the priority directions of the state policy of Ukraine. The state acts as the main guarantor of ensuring the rights of the child, creating a legislative framework and institutional mechanisms for their implementation and protection.
