Термінологічна та правова сутність договору про патронат над дитиною

Abstract

Тези містять опис термінологічного та правового значення поняття «договір про патронат над дитиною». Здійснено дослідження сутності даного договору з огляду на наявні нормативні приписи та з позиції тлумачення цього поняття як складного та багатоаспектного явища. Більш детально окреслені риси правового статусу сторін договору, його значення, форма та особливості припинення й трансформації у розрізі загальних положень про цивільно-правовий договір. The abstract contains a description of the terminological and legal meaning of the concept of “child guardianship agreement.” The essence of this agreement has been studied in light of existing regulatory provisions and from the perspective of interpreting this concept as a complex and multifaceted phenomenon. The features of the legal status of the parties to the agreement, its significance, form, and peculiarities of termination and transformation are outlined in more detail in the context of the general provisions on civil law agreements.
