Вплив євроінтеграційних тенденцій на впровадження інституту медіації в Україні

Abstract

У статті проаналізовано напрями впливу євроінтеграційних тенденцій на впровадження інституту медіації в Україні, що зумовлено високим рівнем розвитку процедури медіації в розвинених європейських державах, які активно застосовують її у всіх сферах суспільного життя протягом тривалого часу. Встановлено, що міжнародна підтримка європейськими колегами сфери застосування медіації постійно збільшується та полягає, зокрема, у відкритті центрів медіації за підтримки низки грантів, у впровадженні пілотних проєктів, спрямованих на інтеграцію медіації в Україні відповідно до стандартів Ради Європи.

The article analyzes the directions of influence of European integration trends on the implementation of the institution of mediation in Ukraine, which is due to the high level of development of the mediation procedure in developed European states, which have been actively applying it in all spheres of public life for a long time. It has been established that the international support of European colleagues in the field of mediation is constantly increasing and consists, in particular, in the opening of mediation centers with the support of a number of grants, in the implementation of pilot projects aimed at the integration of mediation in Ukraine in accordance with the standards of the Council of Europe.
