Криміналістична психологія як структурний елемент технології боротьби зі злочинністю (запрошення до дискусії)

Abstract

У статті означено один зі структурних елементів технології боротьби зі злочинністю – криміналістичну психологію, яку розуміємо як галузь криміналістики, яка вивчає психологічні механізми злочинної поведінки, а також закономірності психічної діяльності сторін та учасників кримінального процесу. Криміналістична психологія використовується для підвищення ефективності виявлення, розслідування та попередження злочинів, тактики, слідчих (розшукових) дій та негласних слідчих (розшукових) дій, також через профілювання злочинців та психологічного впливу в правоохоронній діяльності.

The article defines one of the structural elements of the technology of combating crime – forensic psychology, which we understand as a branch of forensics that studies the psychological mechanisms of criminal behavior, as well as the patterns of mental activity of the parties and participants in the criminal process. Forensic psychology is used to increase the effectiveness of detecting, investigating and preventing crimes, tactics, investigative (search) actions and covert investigative (search) actions, also through profiling criminals and psychological influence in law enforcement activities. The use of forensic psychology in the structure of the technology of combating crime is an important resource that will allow to increase the effectiveness of forensic support activities regarding the general organization of the fight; prevention (prevention) of crime; law enforcement activities, since psychology is the foundation that unites various aspects of the fight against crime, creating a holistic system of interaction between criminalistics, operational-search and investigative, prosecutorial, penitentiary activities, expert studies, advocacy, judicial proceedings and prevention of offenses. In the structure of forensic science, psychology performs an integrative function, combining theoretical knowledge and practical technologies to ensure effective counteraction to crime. Its role is especially important in modern conditions, when traditional methods of investigation are supplemented by cognitive technologies, behavioral analysis and artificial intelligence. In this perspective, forensic psychology can contribute to the creation of a comprehensive approach to combating crime, ensuring harmony between technological, legal and social aspects.
