| dc.description.abstract | У статті розглядаються питання особливостей причин та умов, які сприяють вчиненню кримінальних правопорушень у сфері безпеки виробництва. З’ясовується зміст понять «безпека виробництва» та «охорона праці» в національній нормативно-правовій базі. Розглянуто проблеми теорії та практики, що стосуються виявлення причин та умов порушень правил безпеки виробництва, що є одним із ключових завдань правозастосування, що забезпечує ефективність діяльності щодо попередження вчинення кримінально караних діянь. The article deals with the specifics of the causes and conditions that contribute to the commission of criminal offenses in the field of industrial safety. The author clarifies the content of the concepts of «production safety» and «labor protection» in the national legal framework. The author examines the problems of theory and practice relating to the identification of causes and conditions of violations of production safety rules, which is one of the key tasks of law enforcement ensuring the effectiveness of activities aimed at preventing criminal offenses. | |
