Безбар’єрність в контексті реалізації трудових та соціальних прав осіб з інвалідністю

Abstract

Метою даного дослідження є встановлення взаємозалежності процесів формування безбар'єрного середовища та реалізації прав осіб з інвалідністю, зокрема, в сфері трудового права. Безбар’єрним середовищем визнається простір необмежених можливостей, в якому відсутні дискримінація, соціальні упередження та стереотипи, враховуються інтереси та потреби кожного громадянина.

The purpose of this study is to establish the interdependence between the processes of forming a barrier-free environment and the realization of the rights of persons with disabilities, particularly in the field of labor law. A barrier-free environment is understood as a space of unrestricted opportunities, free from discrimination, social prejudices, and stereotypes, where the interests and needs of every citizen are taken into account.
