Міжнародні стандарти захисту прав дітей

Abstract

Метою статті є аналіз та характеристика міжнародних механізмів захисту прав дітей на прикладі європейських інституцій. Проаналізовані міжнародні нормативно-правові документи, які спрямовані на забезпечення прав дітей та які ратифіковані державними органами нашої країни для подальшого практичного застосування у правовій площині захисту основних інтересів дітей. Автором визначені основні права дитини. Доведено, що Конвенція ООН про права дитини є основним систематизованим нормативним актом, що містить основні права дитини.

The purpose of the article is to analyze and characterize international mechanisms for the protection of children's rights on the example of European institutions. International legal documents aimed at ensuring children's rights are analyzed and which are ratified by the state bodies of our country for further practical application in the legal sphere of protection of the basic interests of children. The author defined the basic rights of the child. It has been proven that the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child is the main systematized regulatory act containing the basic rights of the child.
