Порівняльно-історичне мовознавство залишається фундаментом для розуміння еволюції мов, а сучасні методи відкривають нові горизонти дослідження. Синтез традиційного та нового проявляється у використанні комп’ютерних технологій, математичних моделей і міждисциплінарних підходів. Завдяки цьому класичні принципи реконструкції прамови поєднуються з можливостями цифрової доби, що забезпечує більш глибоке і точне пізнання мовної історії людства.

Comparative-historical linguistics remains the foundation for understanding the evolution of languages, and modern methods open new horizons of research. The synthesis of the traditional and the new is manifested in the use of computer technologies, mathematical models and interdisciplinary approaches. Thanks to this, the classical principles of the reconstruction of the original language are combined with the possibilities of the digital age, which provides a deeper and more accurate knowledge of the linguistic history of mankind.
