Зміна розміру аліментів серед засобів захисту прав дитини: питання теорії та практики

Abstract

Тези містять опис реалізації змісту права дитини на утримання від батьків, а також детермінацію особливостей зміни розміру аліментів в якості форми захисту прав дитини. Окремої уваги приділено питанню визначення правового статусу учасників таких відносин, встановленню меж виконання обов’язку з утримання дитини, місця у цьому механізмів правового регулювання приватного та публічного права з відповідними наслідками. The abstract contains a description of the implementation of a child's right to maintenance from parents, as well as the determination of the specifics of changing the amount of alimony as a form of protecting the rights of the child. Separate attention is paid to the issue of determining the legal status of participants in such relations, establishing the limits of the obligation to maintain a child, the place of mechanisms of legal regulation of private and public law in this, with the corresponding consequences.
