Класифікація строків у договірному праві

Abstract

Тези містять дослідження природи явища класифікації часових величин у цивілістичній складовій. Звертається увага на наявність загальних та спеціальних засад регулювання темпоральних обмежень в рамках договірного права. З позиції загальних засад виокремлено часові межі здійснення цивільних прав, виконання цивільних обов’язків та захисту цивільних прав. У контексті спеціальних засад регулювання договірних відносин детальніше розкрито їх класифікацію у розрізі критеріїв класифікації договорів та зобов’язальних відносин. Theses contain a study of the nature of the phenomenon of classification of time values in the civilistic component. Attention is drawn to the presence of general and special principles for the regulation of temporal restrictions within the framework of contract law. From the point of view of general principles, time limits for the exercise of civil rights, the performance of civil duties and the protection of civil rights are distinguished. In the context of the special principles of the regulation of contractual relations, their classification in terms of criteria for the classification of contracts and binding relations is disclosed in more detail.
