Злочинність у пенітенціарній сфері України: теорія і практика

Abstract

Дисертацію присвячено кримінологічній характеристиці злочинності у пенітенціарній сфері України та запобігання їй. Проаналізовано у хронологічному порядку праці вітчизняних вчених у відповідній сфері, розкрито стан дослідження злочинності у пенітенціарній сфері України шляхом поглибленого вивчення його проблем. Зазначено, що у вітчизняній кримінологічні науці відсутнє окреме дослідження злочинності у пенітенціарній сфері України як відносно цілісного феномену, тому науковий пошук був спрямований через призму наявних наукових робіт з даної проблематики, охопив водночас запобігання злочинності в місцях несвободи та в уповноважених органах з питань пробації. The dissertation is devoted to the criminological characteristics of crime in the penitentiary sphere of Ukraine and its prevention. The work of domestic scientists in the relevant field is analyzed in chronological order, the state of crime research in the penitentiary field of Ukraine is disclosed through an in-depth study of its problem. It is noted that in the national criminological science there is no separate study of crime in the penitentiary sphere of Ukraine as a certain clinical phenomenon, therefore the scientific search was directed through the prism of available scientific works on this issue, and at the same time covered the prevention of crime in places of imprisonment and in the authorized bodies on issues of trials.
