| dc.description.abstract | The linguistic aspect of legal interpretation provides a deeper understanding of the content and structure of legal norms. Language functions not only as a means of transmitting law, but also as a tool of legal knowledge. The accuracy of language formulations affects not only the correctness of court decisions, but also the level of public trust in the legal system. Лінгвістичний аспект тлумачення права забезпечує глибше розуміння змісту та структури правових норм. Мова функціонує не лише як засіб передачі права, але й як інструмент правового пізнання. Точність мовних формулювань впливає не тільки на правильність судових рішень, а й на рівень довіри суспільства до правової системи. | |
