Робота підрозділів ювенальної превенції з дітьми у конфлікті та контакті із законом

Abstract

Методичні рекомендації присвячені комплексному дослідженню організації та особливостей діяльності підрозділів ювенальної превенції під час роботи з дітьми, які перебувають у конфлікті та контакті із законом. Проведено аналіз нормативно-правових засад функціонування підрозділів ювенальної превенції, вивчення організаційних форм і методів їх діяльності, а також дослідження особливостей профілактичної, виховної та адміністративно-юрисдикційної діяльності під час роботи з відповідною категорією дітей. У межах дослідження особлива увага приділяється оцінці ефективності взаємодії ювенальної превенції з іншими суб’єктами системи захисту прав дітей, визначенню проблемних аспектів практичної діяльності та розробленню науково обґрунтованих рекомендацій щодо її удосконалення. Методичні рекомендації спрямовані на підвищення рівня захисту прав та законних інтересів дітей, запобігання їх повторній протиправній поведінці й формування моделі роботи з дітьми у конфлікті та контакті із законом, заснованій на принципах дитиноцентризму та правосуддя, дружнього до дітей.

Methodological recommendations are devoted to a comprehensive study of the organization and peculiarities of the activities of juvenile prevention units when working with children who are in conflict and in contact with the law. An analysis of the regulatory and legal bases of the functioning of juvenile prevention units, a study of organizational forms and methods of their activity, as well as a study of the peculiarities of preventive, educational, and administrative-jurisdictional activities when working with the appropriate category of children was carried out. Within the framework of the study, special attention is paid to the evaluation of the effectiveness of the interaction of juvenile prevention with other subjects of the system of protection of children's rights, the identification of problematic aspects of practical activity and the development of scientifically based recommendations for its improvement. Methodological recommendations are aimed at increasing the level of protection of the rights and legitimate interests of children, preventing their repeated illegal behavior and forming a model of working with children in conflict and contact with the law, based on the principles of child-centeredness and child-friendly justice.
