Роль кримінального аналізу у забезпеченні національної безпеки

Abstract

У статті проаналізовано концептуальну проблематику ролі кримінального аналізу та його осмислення як інституту забезпечення національної безпеки. Основна увага приділена вивченню методологічних та практичних аспектів кримінального аналізу, його впливу на систему національної безпеки, а також визначенню ключових завдань та функцій цього інституту в забезпеченні національної безпеки. Розглянуто основні теоретичні підходи до осмислення кримінального аналізу, його інтеграцію у правову систему та значення для профілактики та протидії злочинності. Проаналізовано сучасні виклики та перспективи розвитку цього напряму в контексті забезпечення стабільності та безпеки держави.

The article analyses the conceptual issues of the role of criminal analysis and its understanding as an institution of national security. The main attention is paid to the study of methodological and practical aspects of criminal analysis, its impact on the national security system, as well as to the identification of key tasks and functions of this institution in ensuring national security. The author examines the main theoretical approaches to understanding criminal analysis, its integration into the legal system and its importance for crime prevention and counteraction. The author analyses the current challenges and prospects for the development of this area in the context of ensuring the stability and security of the State. The author analyses various approaches to the structure and functioning of criminal analysis as an institution of national security. The issues of organisation and efficiency of law enforcement agencies and their interaction with other national security actors are considered. Special attention is paid to technological innovations and the use of modern methods of data analysis in criminal analysis.
