Використання природних ресурсів у сфері господарювання

Abstract

Стаття присвячена науковому дослідженню особливостей використання природних ресурсів у сфері господарювання. В статті визначено поняття «природні ресурси», його відмінність від поняття «об'єкти екологічного права». Встановлено, що господарська діяльність пов'язана з використанням природних ресурсів – це діяльність суб'єктів господарювання у сфері суспільного виробництва, спрямована на виготовлення та реалізацію продукції, виконання робіт чи надання послуг вартісного характеру, що мають цінову визначеність із використанням при цьому об'єктів і систем живої та неживої природи, компонентів природного середовища, що оточують людину.

The article is devoted to the scientific research of the peculiarities of the use of natural resources in the sphere of management. The article defines the concept of "natural resources", its difference from the concept of "objects of environmental law". It is established that economic activity related to the use of natural resources is the activity of economic entities in the field of social production, aimed at the manufacture and sale of products, works or services of a cost nature, which have a price certainty with the use of objects and systems of ani- mate and inanimate nature, components of the natural environment surrounding man. It is concluded that natural resources are components of nature that are used or can be used as means of production and consumer goods.
