Протидія дискримінаційним проявам в Національній поліції України

Abstract

В статті досліджено протидію дискримінаційним проявам в Національній поліції України. Визначено, що політика кожної демократичної держави направлена на дотримання прав та свобод громадян, рівних можливостей кожного, уникнення дискримінаційних проявів та реалізації кожної особистості. Взятий Україною курс на Європейську інтеграцію спонукає до дотримання гендерної рівності та недопущення дискримінаційних проявів. В умовах сьогодення є вкрай актуальним питанням та маловивченим. Забезпечення рівних можливостей громадян є основним об‘єктом правоохоронної діяльності, що виступає основним завданням відповідних органів державної влади, а саме Національної поліції України. Дотримання основних прав та свобод, гендерної рівності, недопущення дискримінаційних проявів, в будь-яких проявах та формах саме ці завдання покладені на Національну поліцію України. Реалізація яких повинна відбуватися не тільки поза органом Національної поліції, а і в ній самій.

The article examines countering discriminatory manifestations in the National Police of Ukraine. It was determined that the policy of every democratic state is aimed at observing the rights and freedoms of citizens, equal opportunities for everyone, avoiding discriminatory manifestations and realizing each personality. The course taken by Ukraine towards European integration encourages the observance of gender equality and the prevention of discriminatory manifestations. In today’s conditions, it is an extremely relevant and understudied issue. Ensuring equal opportunities for citizens is the main object of law enforcement activity, which is the main task of the relevant state authorities, namely the National Police of Ukraine. Observance of basic rights and freedoms, gender equality, prevention of discriminatory manifestations, in any manifestations and forms, these tasks are assigned to the National Police of Ukraine. The implementation of which should take place not only outside the body of the National Police, but also within it.
