Development of New Information Systems with the Involvement of Artificial Intelligence for the Men and Women’s Work: A Methodical Approach to Assessment and Selection of the Optimal

The main purpose is to create a new effective methodical approach for assessing the selection of the optimal information system with the involvement of artificial intelligence to enhance the efficiency of men and women's work in organizations. The object of study is information systems used in the work of organizational activities in various companies. The research methodology involves the use of the BOCR method, which allows evaluating different alternatives in the development of information systems based on various comparison criteria. As a result of the conducted research, key criteria and two forms of information systems for comparison were presented. The evaluation results showed that according to the BOCR criteria, the most optimal information system is the one that uses artificial intelligence solely for analytical processing without data collection and analysis. The innovativeness of the research results is revealed in the proposed approach to evaluation and comparison. The study has limitations in the form of not considering the specificity of differences in the work of men and women in the context of thinking. Future research prospects should focus on gender issues in evaluation.

Нагляд як вид державної діяльності

Нагляд забезпечує охорону відповідних суспільних відносин і матеріальних цінностей, причому, не тільки від правопорушень, але й від об’єктивно протиправних дій та стихійних явищ. Суб’єкти наглядової діяльності зобов’язані піклуватися насамперед про те, щоб не допустити, запобігти настанню шкідливих наслідків, виявити обставини, що можуть бути їх причиною, і вжити певних заходів для усунення виявлених відхилень. Iншими словами, на першому плані – прогноз, попередження, припинення, щоб не допустити настання шкоди, а на другому – застосування каральних санкцій для загальної й індивідуальної превенції правопорушень у майбутньому. Зазначене особливо актуальне для правоохоронної діяльності міліції, адміністративний нагляд у якій займає особливе місце і роль. Supervision ensures the protection of relevant social relations and material values, and not only from offenses, but also from objectively illegal actions and natural phenomena. Subjects of supervisory activity are obliged to take care, first of all, to prevent and prevent the occurrence of harmful consequences, to identify the circumstances that may be their cause, and to take certain measures to eliminate the identified deviations. In other words, on the first plan - prediction, warning, termination to prevent harm from occurring, and on the second - the application of punitive sanctions for the general and individual prevention of offenses in the future. This is especially relevant for law enforcement activities of the police, in which administrative supervision occupies a special place and role.
