Анотація
В умовах широкомасштабної збройної агресії та запровадження воєнного стану в Україні першочергового значення набуває все більшого обговорення та дій щодо протидії злочинам у різних сферах життя, в тому числі й військових правопорушень. Зростання рівня небезпеки для функціонування критичної інфраструктури вимагає правового регулювання з метою забезпечення їх правового визнання, охорони, протидії злочинним проявам, знищенню чи часткового пошкодження, збоїв сталого функціонування цих об’єктів, визначення юридичної відповідальності за даний вид правопорушень.
Стан захищеності об’єктів критичної інфраструктури є складовою національної безпеки країни. В умовах запровадження воєнного стану в Україні першочергового значення набуває забезпечення надійного та стабільного та безперебійного функціонування об’єктів критичної інфраструктури. На сьогодні гостро стоять проблеми фінансового і матеріально-технічного забезпечення тих об’єктів критичної інфраструктури, що постраждали внаслідок військових дій.
In the conditions of large-scale armed aggression and the introduction of martial law in Ukraine, more and more discussion and actions regarding combating crimes in various spheres of life, including military offenses, are of primary importance. The increase in the level of danger for the functioning of critical infrastructure requires legal regulation in order to ensure their legal recognition, protection, countering criminal manifestations, destruction or partial damage, failures of the sustainable functioning of these objects, and determination of legal responsibility for this type of offense.
The state of security of critical infrastructure facilities is a component of the country's national security. In the conditions of the introduction of martial law in Ukraine, ensuring the reliable, stable and uninterrupted functioning of critical infrastructure facilities is of primary importance. Today, there are acute problems of financial and logistical support of those critical infrastructure objects that suffered as a result of military operations.
