Administrative and legal mechanisms of the banking field in Ukraine

Today, the banking sector is a key factor in the national security of our country. However, analyzing the current state of legal regulation of banking services in Ukraine, we can state that it is not particularly clear, systematic and stable. The banking legislation of Ukraine is not perfect, and therefore requires constant corrections in accordance with the new challenges of the financial market at the global and domestic levels. The outlined contradictions indicate the relevance of the investigated problem for modern legal science. All areas of banking activity should be based on maximum protection of the rights and interests of both clients and banking institutions themselves, which should become a competitive advantage.
