Анотація
The article presents a solution to the current problem of substantiation of the theoretical and
methodological basis for identifying criminal offenses among servicemen. The content of the conceptual apparatus
of the study is considered: "criminal offense". Types of criminal offenses are analyzed. Varieties of criminal
offenses of servicemen are formed, relying on statistical data. The latency of war crimes, the causes and actions to
prevent them are considered. The national prevention of crime among servicemen in Ukraine through economic,
political, ideological and organizational measures aimed at economic development, raising the living standards of
citizens, thus solving the problem of eliminating crime.
